Some (tomato) juicy news

Tomorrow I head to the doctor for an ultrasound and to determine the sex of baby #3.  We've made it a tradition to ask the ultrasound technician to put the results in an envelope so that we can open it together - alone - at dinner.  My friend Ali has generously offered to watch the girls tomorrow night so that we can go out to do this (although, honestly, I think she just wants to be the first to know).

So any guesses?  C'mon, you have a 50/50 chance - when do your odds get better than that?  And to make it a bit juicier, since the Red Gold Tomato Bowl was such a success, Red Gold tomatoes has offered a prize pack giveaway to one of my blog readers - so if you comment on this post by tomorrow night, Thursday, February 17 at 10pm CST, I will produce a random number (right or wrong about the sex) and Red Gold tomatoes will send you an awesomely juicy tomato prize pack.  Plus, if you guess right, you may have Wilson baby gloating rights.

I will reveal the winner and the sex of the baby on Friday.

A couple rules: You must include an email in your comment in order for me to contact you (so that Red Gold can send your prize) and only one comment per person, please.  I will use a random number generator to determine a winner - so let the guessing begin!  (Obviously, Grace and Lila are split).

  1. I have surveyed the Wirght household and the majority is voting" boy." However, I personally have a pretty good track record of always guessing wrong (both of my kids, case in point!)... we'll be perfectly excited either way!

  13. Uncle John says:

Boy. No wait. Girl. I mean boy. Hmmmm.. Girl. No boy! Final answer.

But, no awards should be given for the right answer until we are 100% sure - and since we all know we can't be 100% sure until the baby is born, guess we all just have to wait awhile longer

    Right Anna? I mean, Sam?
